Horn: Custom-designed according to the shape and size of the workpiece to be welded, it is a key component that transmits ultrasonic vibrations to the workpiece, acting like the "output end" of energy conduction.
Anvil: Supports the workpiece and provides stable pressure during welding, preventing slippage and ensuring the amplitude of the welding head is transmitted optimally to the welding interface.
Booster : As a key component connecting the transducer and the welding head, its function is to transmit the mechanical vibrations generated by the transducer to the welding head. At the same time, through its specific shape design, it can amplify or decrease the vibration amplitude to meet the amplitude requirements of different welding processes.
Converter : The core driving component of ultrasonic welding systems. Its internal piezoelectric ceramic components, after receiving high-frequency electrical energy from the control box, use the piezoelectric effect to convert the electrical energy into mechanical vibration energy of the same frequency, providing energy for the entire welding process.
