When an overload alarm occurs, please check the vibration system, ensure all screws are tightened, inspect the horn and anvil for cracks or damage, verify pressure settings, and confirm the gap between the horn and anvil is correct. If the issue persists, please contact us for technical support.
The smart version (RF4000T) features a 7" HMI touch screen with PLC intelligent control, real-time thickness monitoring with tolerance alarms, adaptive parameter adjustment for 4-12mm copper tubes, and 20 sets of process data storage. The standard version uses microcontroller-based control with LED display and requires manual parameter adjustments for different copper tube sizes.
The welding tools (horn and anvil) should be inspected regularly. It is recommended to change the welding position every 5,000 welds and replace the tool set after approximately 30,000 uses. The system also provides built-in alerts for head life and face-change reminders to help you manage tool utilization.
